PRLog (Press Release) – Feb 10, 2012 –
During his lucrative career, Rupinderpal Dhadda has had the pleasure of amassing a significant amount of experience in information technology and customer service. He’s worked for reputable companies like, Underwriters Laboratories, Lowe’s, Eagle Home and Garden, Hamilton Company and VSR Locks Inc. One thing that all of these jobs have had in common is that they all required a heavy involvement with client interaction and/or the usage of technological equipment/applications.
When asked what prepared him for a career in technology and customer service, Rupinderpal stated that he has always had a love for technology, and that his education at the University of Nevada gave him a valuable head start by teaching him the basics he needed to get started with an entry-level customer service job. For Rupinderpal this came in the form of a position as an electrical sales representative at two different hardware stores – Lowe’s and Eagle Home and Garden. These job positions not only gave him the opportunity to gain proficiency in learning how to utilize new technology, they also gave him a chance to interact with clients on a regular basis and develop his communication skills. He gained a similar experience through his job as a machine operator at VSR Locks Inc., where he was responsible for maintaining machines, providing customer service, and conducting employee training.
During his internship at Hamilton Company (one of the foremost manufacturers of research tools and diagnostics for biotechnology), Rupinderpal Dhadda participated in several product lifecycle tests, gathering technical data to determine feasible usage terms for medical equipment, while also devising professional e-sketches and ECOs to facilitate product improvements and updates. He also received positive reviews from both NetPower and Fujitsu after helping to solicit and service clients in an expeditious and professional manner.
Mr. Dhadda says his most prized career accomplishment was securing a position at Underwriters Laboratories (UL), where he served as a project engineer for five years, before being promoted to Senior Project Engineer (SPE), a position he held for another five years. This job required him to be knowledgeable in specialized research, problem solving, technical presentation, digital data analysis and interpretation, and advanced computer applications. By outperforming his coworkers in almost every way he was awarded the accolade of “Information Technology Lead L3 Reviewer,” and was appointed an ISO 17025 auditor and CTDP/WMT auditor.
Rupinderpal Dhadda’s rewarding career has made him fortunate enough to be able to give to several charitable causes, including donating clothes to Goodwill, cash donations to sikh temples in Northern California, and children’s books to the Rita and Truett Smith Public Library.
