Weddings In paradise, LLC – SWFL Beach Wedding Specialists, did several weddings on 11/11/11 and realized 12/12/12 was going to be busier and plans need to be made early in order to keep up with the demand for the last triple digit wedding day for the next 89 years, until the year 2101.
The World Record Beach Wedding attempt will be taking place at The Gulfview Manor Resort on Ft. Myers Beach. The Gulfview Manor Resort location was chosen because it has the largest Beach frontage in all of S. Florida and it is a private location. The day promises to be a grand celebration, with couples coming from all over, vendors on location to serve the needs of the couples, entertainment, Horse and carriage rides, Food and more. There will also be at least two other record attempts made that day as well. The couples that are a part of the event not only have the bragging rights to say their wedding made history but they will be entered into drawings for things such as hotel stays, spa services, deluxe wedding packages and the list of items grows daily.
The event will not only benefit couples, introduce people to our beautiful beaches, stimulate the local economy but will also help so many people in the area. The economy has been hit hard by one of the highest foreclosure rates in the Country and unemployment rates higher than the National average.
