Russia has seen a wave of protests since the parliamentary vote, which was widely seen as flawed.
Organizers of the sanctioned rally in Moscow also decided it will comprise four separate marches — by liberals, nationalists, leftists, and others.
The founder of the liberal Yabloko Party, Grigory Yavlinsky, who was recently disqualified from the March 4 presidential election, will address the rally, as will Communist Party candidate Gennady Zyuganov and A Just Russia party candidate Sergei Mironov.
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, who served two terms as president between 2000 and 2008, is seeking to return to the Kremlin in the March election.
