A leaked NATO report says Pakistani secret services are helping Afghanistan’s Taliban militants.

The BBC and “The Times” newspaper in London are reporting that the NATO document says “Pakistan’s manipulation of the Taliban senior leadership continues unabatedly” and that “ISI [Pakistani Intelligence Service] officers tout the need for continued jihad and expulsion of foreign invaders from Afghanistan.”

Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry has responded calling the report “frivolous” and saying Pakistan is “committed to non-interference in Afghanistan.”
