At least two people are reported to have been killed in the collapse of a factory in Pakistan’s second-biggest city of Lahore.

The three-story factory is reported to have fallen down after a gas explosion on February 5.

Some reports suggest buildings adjacent to the factory might also have collapsed.

The dead are reported to include a boy around 12 years old.

More than 10 people are reported to have been rescued alive from the rubble.

Officials said more than 60 people were believed to be at work in the building when it collapsed.

Reports say the factory was involved in the production of medical products.

Emergency officials said authorities were having trouble getting heavy rescue machinery to the area due to narrow streets.
