US Labor Departments MSHA to announce third phase of ‘Rules to Live By’ on Tuesday, Jan. 31, media conference call
ARLINGTON, Va. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Mine Safety and Health Administration will hold a conference call for members of the media on Tuesday, Jan. 31, to announce the start of “Rules to Live By III: Preventing Common Mining Deaths,” the third phrase of an ongoing outreach and enforcement program designed to strengthen efforts to prevent mining fatalities.
